Rita Donte is a Cuban singer-songwriter now based in Mexico. Her music beautifully bridges the gap between tradition and modernity, weaving her Cuban heritage with the dynamic sounds of Mexican son jarocho and other global influences.

Her debut album with Ansonia Records, Ritual, is set to release on March 28, 2025. This deeply personal project chronicles Rita’s incredible journey—from the vibrant streets of Havana to the tranquil shores of Baja California—offering a rich tapestry of rhythms, evocative storytelling, and unforgettable melodies.
